Refund policy

At Denim & Gasoline, we want every customer to feel fully confident and satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy. Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was advertised. Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us; return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side. After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days and automatically credited to your original method of payment. In cases of exchange requests, we will do our best to quickly send out the correct size or replacement item, depending on availability. For any damaged, misprinted, or defective products, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, misuse, or intentional damage. By placing an order with Denim & Gasoline, you agree to this policy.
